This is so not true. Was a complete non-issue in Massachusetts. I didn’t hear of a single person losing their benefits in a mixed-gender domestic couple because of the lifting of the gay marriage ban. Our insurance company @ work never even said a word about it. Also, duh, you could write that into the law.
